Artelia have been appointed to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the creation of a museum and hub within Folkestone Town Hall.
Under the project management role we are leading on the procurement of the professional design team and taking Folkestone Town Council through their Stage 2 HLF submission.
The quantity surveying team are working closely with the rest of the project team, Folkestone Town Council staff, current and future stakeholders as well as thoroughly engaging with the community to achieve a successful Round 2 HLF submission.
The building is a Grade II listed building and the museum will create a vibrant, multi-purpose cultural facility with public exhibition spaces and excellent environmental storage conditions. It will also bring together local studies, archives, arts and heritage learning.
