Artelia appoints Chris Singleton to lead Centre of Excellence in Healthcare Project and Programme Management

We are delighted to welcome Chris Singleton to Artelia as Project Director of our specialist healthcare team. Chris brings with him significant industry experience and an outstanding track record of leading major capital and change management programmes for the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and Suffolk’s Clinical Commissioning Group.

Unusually, Chris’ route into healthcare delivery began with a career as a Medical Support Officer in the RAF, project managing military surgical facilities and trauma centres. The ability to operate globally and adapt facilities to the needs of their physical and political environment makes him a natural problem solver. Chris has thrived on the challenges of delivering programmes of work covering acute, primary care, community, Children and Maternity, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, Mental Health and integrated care transformation.
