Artelia UK is delighted to welcome Kate Greener to the team. Kate joins as a Technical Director, strengthening our growing Asset Management and FM Consultancy offer. Kate brings invaluable experience as a General Manager for operational social infrastructure projects including: student accommodation, social housing and acute hospitals.

In her new role she will be advising property owners, investors and lenders on managing complex assets, compliance and their related maintenance and lifecycle expenditure. Her extensive operational knowledge will be a tremendous asset, not only to our private finance clients, but to our wider customer base and our business.

Kate joins at an exciting time, as Artelia expands its Asset Management offer globally through innovative and customer focused approaches including Artificial Intelligence and management of information systems that help customers find better and more cost effective solutions for their property portfolios.
