Artelia celebrates record 5 years

This year Artelia celebrates the fifth anniversary of the merger that resulted in the birth of the current group and once again publishes promising results for the year 2014. Business continues to grow, with a turnover of 364 million euros, net fees increasing by 7% compared with 2013, and order books representing more than a year’s work. The group’s operating income has risen by 8% to reach 15.6 million euros. These strong results are an incentive to continue developing the group on an international level and with regard to major multidisciplinary projects, two of Artelia’s key strategic areas.

These figures reinforce the independence of a group that continues to invest in innovation (more than 3% of its turnover), safety and diversity, and that transferred 30% of its capital to its younger managers in 2014.

The start of the year 2015 was in line with this dynamic, with the acquisition of two engineering and project management firms – Sher, in Belgium, and Intertecno, in Italy – which represent a total of approximately 150 staff members and a cumulative turnover of 18 million euros.
