Artelia Heritage sponsors Association of Independent Museums Conference 2019

Artelia is again delighted to be sponsoring the Association of Independent Museum’s 2019 Conference which, this year, is being held at the The National Civil War Centre in Newark. This year’s conference is focused on ‘How to be a great destination’ – what makes some organisations prosper and succeed whilst others flounder?

Steve Prowse, our Director of Heritage Project Delivery will be running a workshop for AIM members on creating a successful Business Case, giving you the tools to be an informed client and lead from the front when delivering new projects. Rigorous early planning through the Business Case will strengthen a client’s concept with realism and practicality and ensure that their objectives are financially and operationally sustainable going forward.

The Conference takes place between the 20 and 22 June, providing an opportunity for member museums and visitor attractions to meet, engage, learn and discuss the key issues that are currently impacting on them. We look forward to meeting you there.
