ESPO was established in 1981 and is a tried and tested vehicle for procuring public sector services. The framework is UK/EU compliant and available for use nationally by any public body in the UK including local authorities and central government, schools, academies, colleges and universities, housing associations, blue light organisations, NHS Trusts and charities.
Ian Bailey, Artelia Director for Public Sector, commented, “We are delighted to have renewed our position on ESPO’s Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services framework. It means that our public-sector clients have a really efficient and cost-effective way to procure consultancy services from us.”
