Birkbeck University of London, 373 Euston Road triumphs in Constructing Excellence National Awards

Our Birkbeck University of London, 373 Euston Road project was triumphant again at last week’s Constructing Excellence National Awards, taking the Value category. Having already won the Regional Award earlier this year, it is fantastic to see this state-of-the-art Learning Centre recognised at the highest national level. The project repurposed a 1920s built former car showroom, proving that old buildings can be sustainably refurbished and reused, instead of torn down and tons of materials sent to a landfill. As Cost Managers, Artelia demonstrated how value drove decision-making from the outset and delivered an exceptional building that improves outcomes for the university, students and the local community. An outstanding, collective achievement.
