Early in 2021, Shell asked Artelia to manage its fast-track deli by Shell rebranding rollout for 208 sites in just six weeks.
Artelia supported the brand transition to deli by Shell from the early stages of the design and material selection. Working closely with Shell and our trusted signage contractors, we provided material samples and prototypes for each signage element to establish the look and feel required by the Shell brand team.
To efficiently resource and deliver the accelerated programme within the 6 weeks required by Shell, our team worked with contractors, suppliers and service station teams to schedule an achievable programme. Consideration was given to maintaining public safety and minimising disruption to the operation of the 208 sites involved, with works designed and programmed to enable sites to remain safely trading throughout.
From front-end planning through to on site delivery of the programme, Artelia was able to deliver Shell’s requirements to time, budget and incident free.
