The first of the unique workspaces that make up Greenwich Design District has handed over with the completion of Barozzi Veiga Studio’s polished aluminium structure. The light refracting four-storey building makes a strong statement at the entrance to the Design District.
Internally, the space has an industrial aesthetic with exposed concrete ceilings and pillars, grey tiling and partitioning. Large windows provide plenty of natural light for intended art and design tenants. Barozzi Viega has also designed building D4 on the south-side of the Design District’s central square.
Great to see this fascinating project coming to life.
