Artelia UK has been awarded the Silver standard by Investors in People. This accreditation is one of the most well-known and highly rated awards for team development in the country – only 15% of companies achieve silver. It reflects the fantastic team and culture we have built within the business.

In particular, the IIP Practitioner praised the way in which people are managed and developed at Artelia, the focus on building people’s capacity and knowledge throughout the organisation and our focus on the future and creating a sustainable organisation.

A key objective for the Artelia Board is for the company to become known as one of the best employers in the construction Industry. This Investors in People award is an indicator that we are travelling in the right direction and the feedback received will help us to develop an action plan to keep improving and moving forward in 2020.
