We work in health, education, science, commercial offices and leisure spaces, providing clients with an exemplary service and responsive attitude.

Our graduate programme in Project Management has been developed to prepare you for a successful future at Artelia and beyond.

Throughout, we provide you with the training, mentoring and support you need to thrive on your journey to Chartered Status, whether this be through Artelia’s Association for Project Management (APM) accredited Project and Programme Management Professional Development Programme, or through the Assessment of Professional Competence with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or through Artelia’s Training Partnership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

Who are we looking for?

When selecting our graduates, we look beyond just the academic. Ours is a people business and we work together in teams. We need individuals with ‘in-built’ drive and motivation, who can relate to those around them. We like common sense, integrity and people who have broad ranging interests, who can solve problems and thrive under pressure.

If you are a recent graduate, or set to graduate in 2020 and you have:

  • A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate or Masters degree
  • Appropriate work experience that demonstrates a proactive approach and exposure to technical skills
  • Strong numerical ability with excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Project a distinct advantage
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Confidence and drive
  • A UK driving licence
