Your initial two years as a trainee will involve a great deal of variety as you experience the different aspects of our business. This experience will help you to develop the versatility and confidence essential to becoming a trusted adviser to our clients.

Throughout, we provide you with the training, mentoring and support you need to thrive on your journey through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to RICS Chartership.

Who are we looking for?

If you are a recent graduate, or set to graduate in 2020 and you have:

  • A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate or Masters degree relevant to the Quantity Surveying graduate programme
  • Appropriate work experience that demonstrates a proactive approach and exposure to technical skills
  • Strong numerical ability with excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Project a distinct advantage
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Confidence and drive
  • A UK driving licence
