As an Entry Level Developer at Artelia UK, you will work closely with more experienced members of our in-house digital team on your respective part of the Microsoft Power Platform. You will learn best practices, enhance your technical skills, and contribute to the success of our digital transformation journey.

The Role

The Entry Level PowerBI Developer at Artelia UK plays a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation efforts. Your main objective is to support the successful implementation and evolution of our Microsoft Power Platform initiatives. As a key member of the development team, you will contribute to building and refining applications that enhance our business processes.

This role is designed to foster your professional growth, allowing you to sharpen your technical skills and deepen your understanding of digital solutions within a dynamic business environment. Through hands-on experience and collaborative work, you will become an integral part of our mission to digitize Artelia UK, enabling us to operate more efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the company’s success by ensuring that our data is available to the organisation, easy to access and having a meaningful impact on day to day operations.

While you will be supporting the UK Artelia team, you will have the opportunity to become a part of the wider Artelia Digital Community of 110 specialists around the globe.

This is a full time role and you will be an important part of our future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in building and maintaining dashboards using PowerBi.
  • Contribute to the design and development PowerBi Dashboards
  • Learn and apply best practices for dashboard development.
  • Participate in relevant reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the business to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Demonstrates the company values of Excellence, Simplicity, Sharing, Independence, Passion.

Candidate Technical Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of DAX and M Query.

Personal Skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Able to drive continuous improvement methodologies
  • Able to respond queries/requests promptly
  • You will be inquisitive and have an ongoing desire to keep ahead of the latest developments in your field.
  • A positive outlook and flexible thinking will be assets in troubleshooting and working with clients and colleagues.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
