We are Artelia UK, a multidisciplinary Cost and Project Management Consultancy, working primarily in property and construction.
We have a key requirement in our London Office for a Chartered Senior Project Manager, with experience in the management and delivery of infrastructure and sports / leisure projects in both the Public and Private Sectors.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary project team to successfully deliver a portfolio of works (£45m+) with scope including infrastructure rollouts, sports and leisure projects and trade specific works packages.
The role has a particular focus on Cricket Stadia and therefore experience managing international cricket stadia projects is essential. We are also looking for someone with full working knowledge of primary infrastructure projects including the day to day management of planning, highways and statutory undertakers.
The ideal candidate will be professionally Chartered, preferably through the Association of Project Management (APM) and having international project experience would be favourable.
The Senior Project Manager will be the primary contact for communications with a vast network of private and public stakeholders, responsible for management of iterative budgets and accountable for the monitoring, execution and reporting of project progress against baseline delivery targets, so good communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.

In exchange, we are offering a competitive salary (between £55,000 and £60,000) and an extensive benefits package including 5% pension, Life Insurance, and full private Medical Insurance. You will receive up to 27 days holiday plus bank holiday and 2 days charity leave each year.
