Leading the way for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

Thursday 3rd July was the Annual Constructing Excellence Awards for London and the South East. Artelia sponsored the ‘Outstanding Customer Satisfaction’ award and was delighted to be part of the leading UK built environment awards for the second year running.
As judges for the awards we recognised the exceptionally high quality of submissions this year, with plenty of innovative and forward-thinking ideas.
We would like to congratulate the winners of the category – Purdy – who have woven delivering outstanding customer satisfaction into a service that recognises the needs both of their clients and their clients’ customers too.
