Poppy collecting

One of our Associates Richmal used one of her charity days yesterday to take part in the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Day Appeal. Richmal is an Executive Officer at HMS PRESIDENT, with a rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve.
The London Poppy Day bus, a 1960s Routemaster, toured the capital collecting money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Richmal went to Buckingham Palace, where she met his Royal Highness Prince Harry, 10 Downing Street, where she met David Cameron, and Tower Hill, where she took part in the tri-service poppy planting, and then spent the afternoon selling poppies!
