Artelia UK has achieved a major milestone signing an agreement with Adriatic Marinas to provide project and contract management services for an exciting hospitality, leisure and residential development known as Boka Place in Porto Montenegro.

Located in the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro combines a spectacular lifestyle destination with a world-class, full-service marina and luxury residential village.

Complementing the existing marina and residences, the Boka Place development is a new residential, hospitality and leisure quarter spread across five buildings and designed around a central square, providing an international retail and dining scene. 144 luxury serviced residences will form part of the new SIRO lifestyle hotel, along with 69 private residences.

The new complex will feature boutique shopping and entertainment galleries, a concept market and food hall, three-screen experience cinema, wellness hub with pools, gym, sauna and steam rooms, underground parking, extensive landscaping and outdoor spaces offering an array of sports, leisure and cultural amenities.

Artelia’s Project and Commercial Management team will be based on site in Porto Montenegro providing detailed planning, technical, financial and contractual support throughout the duration of the project.
