Premier Inn continues to expand its hotel portfolio across the UK with Artelia responsible for opening two further hotels in Horsham and Bridgwater.

The two projects reflect the diversity of locations that Premier Inns have.  The new 92-bed Horsham Piries Place hotel forms part of a 50,000 sqft leisure-led, mixed use development. The hotel is located with a three screen Everyman Cinema, Miller & Carter restaurant, Starbucks and The White Brasserie Co, which all form part of a £35M scheme, developed by Reef Group.

Premier Inn’s 7th opening this financial year, is the 100-bed hotel and Thyme Restaurant at Bridgwater Gateway Business Park in Somerset. The hotel is part of a major £150M development near Junction 24 of the M5, featuring office space, retail units and industrial areas.
