New Premier Inns for Peterborough City Centre and Uckfield

Peterborough City Centre and Uckfield are the latest two destinations to see new Premier Inn hotels opening this month. These are Artelia’s fourth and fifth Premier Inn sites to complete in 2020.

The expansive Peterborough City Centre Premier Inn is a developer-turnkey build by MP Merchant, constructed on the site of a former police station. It enjoys a very central location, just a short walk from high street shops, train station, Peterborough Cathedral, Ferry meadows and Nene park. The site has 126 rooms and integrated ground floor Thyme restaurant.

Uckfield Premier Inn is an 80 bed hotel with new integrated restaurant format. It is a developer-turnkey build by Decimus as part of Ashdown Business Park, adjacent to a Costa Drive Thru’ on the edge of the popular Ashdown Forest in East Sussex.
