Canterbury Riverside
Canterbury Riverside is a transformational urban regeneration scheme of 491 student bedrooms (modu, mixed-tenure residential enabling works (189 homes to be built by others), retail, food, 5 screen cinema (shell and core) new public space, riverside walk and car parking.
Artelia was Independent Certifier under a multi-party Joint Venture between Link City, Canterbury City Council and other partners for the student accommodation and housing.
The student accommodation blocks were constructed using modular volumetric construction, to deliver higher levels of quality for end users, save time on site and minimise disruption to local residents.
