Artelia undertook a feasibility cost analysis and benchmarking study for one of the Corporations’ high profile office and retail sites in close proximity to the Liverpool Street Station entrance to Crossrail. The innovative refurbishment scheme aims to extend, link and remodel two adjacent buildings, capitalising on the location to attract premium occupiers and an enhanced rental profile.
