Clements Road
Clements Road is a redevelopment of two former office buildings in Ilford for Redbridge Homes, the new development arm of the London Borough of Redbridge. The mixed tenure scheme will deliver affordable, private rent and sale homes. Artelia is leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the project. Initial work focused on a detailed options appraisal for either utilising the existing buildings in part or full, against maximising site density and number of units by demolition and building to full site capacity and a greater height. The demolition and rebuild option is now proceeding.
