East Slope Student Residences
East Sussex Student Residences is a £150m redevelopment of 1970s built student residences at the University of Sussex, funded by Balfour Beatty Investments. Artelia is Independent Certifier for the project which provides around 2,100 extra bedrooms in town houses and apartment buildings, enabling the University to accommodate its projected increase in numbers. The demolition and new build accommodation has been delivered in phases over the four years.
