Ferguson House
Ferguson House in Marylebone is home to a North London collaboration of five Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) – Central London, West London, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow and Ealing, plus GP surgery and primary care centre.
As part of its drive to improve collaborative service delivery and efficiency, NHS Property Services appointed Artelia to project and cost manage the occupied refurbishment and Category B fit-out of this five-storey office block, creating tailor-made space for the CCGs that will facilitate new ways of working and improve healthcare delivery for the local population.
