Artelia has been delivering batch repair & maintenance programmes to primary schools for HCC since 2012. Our role involves liaison with HCC and school stakeholders, preparing all detailed drawings and performance specifications, cost management, contractor procurement through HCC’s Property Works Framework, Contract Administration and supervision of works to deliver to HCC’s required programme with minimum disruption to the schools involved.

Projects are fast-track and delivered in operational school environments. Setting up a programme management office structure we deal with high volumes of projects in an efficient, consistent and reliable way, which is appreciated by the Council’s team.

Our team is currently working on nine batches of schools, covering M&E and roofing upgrades across 43 locations.
