PROJECT - Insurance Reinstatement

Insurance reinstatement of fire damaged Grade 1 listed Stable House, Tyringham Hall, Buckinghamshire

Reinstatement of fire damage to listed Stable House

Tyringham Hall originally built in 1795, is a Georgian Mansion designed by Sir John Soane with garden buildings and landscape by Sir Edwin Lutyens – one of only a handful of country houses that can lay claim to have been worked on by two of England’s greatest architects.

ANG Artelia provided Management Contracting, Cost Consultancy and Project Management for the insurance reinstatement of the Grade I Listed 18th Century former stable and carriage house, after it was badly damaged during a fire.

The Stable House provides exceptional secondary accommodation and is predominantly of stone construction under a slate roof, internal features include flagstone floors, open fireplaces, and a swimming pool, all of which were meticulously restored to the satisfaction of the owner and insurer.
