North Undercroft transformation to expose historic character
Over time, the North Undercroft space at New College, Oxford had became cramped with toilets, showers, and staff rooms. ANG Artelia Group acted as Main Contractor and Cost Consultant on this project which involved gutting the existing facilities to expose the historic shell and then converting it to become a modern, versatile meeting space in the heart of the College. The space is now an important revenue generator for the College which can be booked for functions, meetings and also opened up for drinks receptions and conferences.
