North East Didcot
North East Didcot is a strategic new neighbourhood development in Oxfordshire of 1,880 dwellings, a leisure centre, two primary schools and a secondary school. Artelia has been involved with the scheme since outline planning approval, managing the scheme with partners, University of Reading, Croudace Homes and now Legal and General Homes, who have taken control of the University owned land within North East Didcot. Our role has encompassed public consultation, professional team appointments, design and planning, delivery of initial infrastructure and the first phase of housing development and amenity space to the north of the site.
