Rebrand and upscaling of a London Hotel

Accor’s objective was to convert its existing Novotel to its international luxury Pullman brand – the first in the UK. From the initial brief Artelia developed the cost plan for the project working with both designers and the client to bring the scheme within an acceptable budget envelope. Our team developed the phasing strategy for rooms and public areas and managed the high quality fit-out needed to achieve the international upscale brand.
