Extension and remodelling of Simpsons - Michelin starred Birmingham restaurant
Simpsons, one of Birmingham’s best-loved and most highly regarded Michelin-starred restaurants, underwent an extensive refurbishment to extend the main dining area and update the decor in the Grade II listed Georgian townhouse building.
ANG acted as the Management Contractor for the restaurant’s remodelling and refurbishment, acting on behalf of landlord, Calthorpe Estates. The private dining room is now a lounge space with a curved roof and central skylight, while the black dining room is now the new private dining area. The new look is now much more open plan and provides a vista for diners and makes service much easier.
