ANG Artelia Group acted as Main Contractor and Cost Consultant for two key projects as part of the enabling works for a major redevelopment to create a landmark new living and working space.
Phase 1 – Construction of a 3 storey temporary school with assembly hall, teaching and welfare rooms, and playground.
Phase 2 – Enabling works phase for the new Quad: Demolition to 3 No. of buildings including the temporary school; re-routing the plantroom supplies; and site archaeological survey to reduce level dig as the site was a former civil rampart.
