The Rayne Institute
The Rayne Institute is a specialist Medical Research Facility within King’s College London conducting world leading research. Artelia’s initial involvement with the Rayne Institute began with an Options Analysis Costing evaluating spend required for urgent building maintenance to reach building compliance standards. Whilst managing the Compliance Works, KCL approached Artelia to take over contract administration of a new Design and Build GMP Viral Vector Clean Room for the Department of Haematological Medicine. Having delivered this project we are now managing a further project, a new £5.8M facility to manufacture viral gene therapy vectors.
