Zadig & Voltaire, the French ready-to-wear, luxury clothing brand, has stores and concessions world-wide. When the company was looking for a UK-based project management consultancy to deliver the fit-out of its new store at Westfield Stratford, they approached Artelia. Our retail team are used to meeting fast-paced programmes and developed a programme and trackers that recognised and managed all design approval milestones with the French design team and client, supplier call off dates, delivery dates and Westfield consents to trade. The high quality fit-out was delivered to budget and the store opened as planned with a delighted client.
