Thank you to everyone who took part in our annual client survey earlier this year.
By taking part in the survey, you gave us a great excuse to donate £500 to Maggie’s Centres, a UK charity that provides practical support to people and families dealing with cancer. Our contribution will help them build new support centres next to NHS hospitals and expand their reach across the UK www.maggiescentres.org
As a result of your opinions and feedback, we are introducing a range of improvements, including a new employee training programme to help us improve on the areas you said we need to work on. We are determined that you will have a better and different experience with Artelia UK – we call this our ‘Consciously Unique’ approach.
