Last Friday saw twenty-five Artelia Young Professionals enjoy a Crystal Maze-style away day in High Wycombe, testing the team’s mental and physical skills, and most importantly, their team working abilities! The morning was spent on a series of task-based games requiring some good teamwork and project management to complete, the aim being to collect as many crystals as possible to win a prize in the Crystal Dome.
Team 4, made up of Lewis Wright, Mike Harland, Emily Murphy, Connie Stevens, Rebecca Mwogezi and Dawid Kisiala were the triumphant winners of the Crystal Maze – well done on some excellent teamwork. After lunch, with honory YPF members, Tim Naughton and Matt Buntine, the YPs had an exuberant afternoon of foot golf.
Brilliant to see everyone having a good laugh after such a strange 18 months, working from home and with few opportunities to interact and get to know colleagues, especially those who are new to Artelia. Well done to organiser of the day, Nile Morrison and to everyone else who threw themselves into the challenges with gusto. It’s encouraging to know that the future of Artelia is in the hands of people who can build a chariot!
