This year’s Shell Safety Day wasn’t just a moment – it was a movement.

From thought-provoking sessions on Human Performance Principles to powerful messages from our contractors and leadership teams, the theme “How I Respond Matters” inspired meaningful conversations across the Artelia-Shell Mobility Programme.

Error is normal. Blame fixes nothing. Context drives behaviour. Learning is vital. How I respond matters.

We’re proud to see these values take root – not just in presentations, but in everyday actions on our sites and in our teams. The interest and engagement was incredibly encouraging and a testament to the shared commitment we hold toward safety excellence.

This is just the beginning. We’re keeping the conversation alive – on site, in toolbox talks, and in every decision we make. Because safety isn’t a one-day event… it’s a culture!
